Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 office days after we received your payment, not including special or custom made products that may take longer or where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Please note, we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays, loss or theft that may occur due to problems with the courier.
Production of these pieces begins once your purchase is confirmed. The time required for production can vary based on the design. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion.
