Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return your item(s), we offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
How to Return Items
Jewelry items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and must include the following information:
- Your full name, address, and phone number
- Order number
- Return address (if requesting an exchange)
Please note: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via recorded delivery, and proof of postage should be kept.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available within 14 days of the invoice date, provided the item is in its original condition and accompanied by the invoice. Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value; if the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be covered by the customer.
To arrange an exchange, please email us at hello@silversisterjewelry.com as soon as possible with your request and reason for the exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns.
